CHARITY & WEISS International Realty was originally founded by the Owners and Brokers Gabriele Charity and Ruediger Weiss in 2006. After 12 years working as an independent Boutique Brokerage Firm, Gabriele & Rudi have been approached by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty with an offer to merge with them. In August 2018 Gabriele and Rudi decided that these two companies are an excellent match and joined the Berkshire Hathaway team as the CHARITY & WEISS International Group with Gabriele and Ruediger as Team Leaders. With the new company and affiliation, they gained access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Global Network Platform, a powerful tool suite driving lead generation, marketing support, social media, video production/distribution and more. The company and network also provide international listing syndication, relocation referrals, professional education and the exclusive Luxury Collection marketing program for high-end listings. CHARITY & WEISS International Group is working with an emphasis on personalized and attentive service and driven by their client’s evolving wants and needs and are established on a foundation of outstanding and comprehensive client care. Their mission is to partner with their clients in every aspect of real estate and beyond. Gabriele, Rudi and their team are specialized in Residential and Commercial Real Estate and all aspects of Property Management. CHARITY & WEISS International Group was joined by Jennifer Morgan, Annabel Serio, Elsie Salazar, Juergen Stahl, Christof Heckert, Dasha Strezenicky, Cathleen Mai, Inna Snyder, Werner Spycher and Erich Fuerbeck as Licensed Real Estate Sales Associates/Broker Associates. Silke Weiss, as Licensed Property Manager (CAM), and Silvie (Silke) Schinnen as Assistant Property Manager.
